基于“三层修补法”的水泥道面砂浆恢复层材料与结构研究

摘要 针对水泥混凝土道面浅层破坏严重的现象,目前主要多对修复材料方面进行研究,施工工艺研究较少,然而修复时其结构整体性不良、粘结性差,从而造成修复后路面耐久性差、使用寿命短.基于此,研发出超薄罩面抢通修复材料,并经过长期研究与实践提出了"三层修补法"施工工艺,通过实体工程应用观察,使用效果良好,便于推广. According to the phenomenon that cement concrete road surface shallow damage is serious, it is mainly to the repair material research and construction technology research is less nowadays. But in the repair it has bad structural integrity and bonding performance. It will cause poor durability of pavement and short service life after the repair. Based on this, we developed the ultrathin finish rob pass repair material and put forward " Three Layer Repair Method " construction technology after long-term research and practice. Through the entity engineering application observation, it has good usage results and it is easy to be extended.
