摘要
根据某浆厂C/D漂白段生产经验和运行数据,建立了卡伯值在线计算模型和漂后浆白度预测模型。在没有在线卡伯值测量仪和漂后浆白度测量仪的情况下,实现了对漂白化学品用量的优化控制。对未使用优化控制和使用优化控制的漂后浆白度半个月的化验数据进行统计分析,结果表明,未使用优化控制,漂后浆白度均值为62.0%,标准差为4.39;使用优化控制,漂后浆白度均值为61.3%,标准差为2.53。
Based on the operational experience and daily running data of C/D bleaching stage in a pulp mill, an online calculation model of the brown stock kappa number and a prediction model of pulp brightness after C/D stage were established in the paper. The models conld be applied to optimize the usage of bleaching chemicals without online kappa number and brightness measurement instruments. The half a month operation results showed that, the average brightness value was 62.0% ISO with standard deviation 4.39 before optimizing control, while the average brightness value was 61.3% ISO with standard deviation 2.53 after ootimizing control.
