摘要
通过煅烧—消化—分级的方法对某高钙氧化锰矿实行选矿实验,结果表明该方法提锰降钙效果明显。平均含Mn 11.95%,含CaO 42.53%的矿样,经本方法处理后,精矿Mn品位为38.11%,回收率72.55%,去除CaO达85.36%,使用此精矿还原焙烧后制电解金属锰溶液,浸出率达95%以上,浸取液经常规净化后,杂质指标合格。按此方法获得的选矿尾矿,达到了消石灰的建材商品要求,CaO达65%以上。
Through the dressing method by using calcined-digestion-grade on a high calcium oxide manganese ore, the experiments show that manganese content is increased, it is reduced in CaO after being treated. The average content of Mn is 11.95% in samples containing CaO 42.53%. With concentrating grade 38.11%, the yield 72.55%, the removal of CaO can reaeh 85.36%. The use of this concentrate roasting process of electrolytic manganese solution can get the leaching rate above 95% , with leaching solution in conventional purification, impurity index. Tailings obtained by this method can achieve the slaked lime building materials in product requirements with CaO more than 65%.
