摘要
以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)、DMPA(二羟甲基丙酸)、聚酯多元醇和二次扩链剂(端-NCO基PU预聚体)为主要原料,采用二次扩链法制备聚酯型WPU(水性聚氨酯),并着重探讨了DMPA含量对WPU的储存稳定性、胶膜耐水性、乳液粒径及其分布等影响。研究结果表明:在其他条件保持不变的前提下,当w(DMPA)=9%(相对于TDI质量而言)时,WPU的储存稳定性相对较好、粒径相对较小、粒径分布相对较窄且胶膜耐水性相对最好。
With TDI(toluene diisoeyanate) ,DMPA(dihydromethyl propionic acid),polyester polyol and secondary chain exlender[-NCO-end PU (polyurethane) prepolymer] as main raw nmterials,a polyester-WPU (walerhorne polyurethane) was prepared by secondary chain-extender method,and intluenees of DMPA contents on storage stabilities of WPU ,water resistance of adhesive fihu,parti('le sizes and its distril)utions of emulsion were emphatically dis('usse(I. The researeh results showed that the WPU had relatively better storage stability,relatively smaller particle sizes,relatively narrower distributions,and relatively best water resistance of adhesive fihn when other conditions were unchanged and mass fraction of DMPA was 9% in TDI.
