摘要 高精度的等速升温系统是获得精确自燃点的关键。针对等速升温系统大惯性、纯滞后、非线性、难以建立精确的数学模型等特点,结合系统在不同升温阶段的散热特征,提出基于专家经验的智能PID控制算法,实现了系统的精确等速升温。在此基础上,还给出了专家PID控制器的设计以及控制系统设计。实验结果表明采用该控制算法取得的控制效果明显优于常规PID,减小了系统误差,提高了自燃点系统测试精度。 Precision constant heating system was the key to obtaining accurate ignition point.Constant heating systems has feature of large inertia,pure hysteresis,nonlinearity,and it was difficult to establish a precise mathematical model characteristics.To improve the control performance,an expert PID controller was proposed combined system's thermal characteristics. Based on this,the designs of expert-PID controller and control system design were presented. Experi- mental results show that the effect of expert PID control was obviously better than that of conventional PID control. The systematic error was reduced ,accuracy was improved.
