摘要
通过对冷弯成型知识的研究和实践的总结,在对冷弯成型设备模块的设计方法基础上,提出了利用人工智能理论解决不确定因素的方法。根据冷弯成型设备的设计和制造过程,系统地提出了机组设计应用专家系统的一般性方法,并重点讨论了孔型设计中不确定数据的智能化推理树建立的方法,给出了构建知识库、推理机的程序编码,为人工智能在冷弯成型设备设计的具体应用给出了系统性策略。
Through the research on cold roll bending knowledge and practice for many years ,on the basis of cold roll bending equipment module design method;it put forward the method using artificial intelligence theory to solve the uncertain factor problems. Based on cold roll bending equipment design and manufacture process,this paper systematically put forward cold roll bending set design and application expert system common method,mainly discusses uncertainty data intelligent reasoning tree establish method in roll design,and gives the code building knowledge base,inference engine and knowledge inference ,and gives system strategy for the specific application of artificial intelligence.
