摘要
对个人品牌管理与员工职业生涯规划的文献进行回顾,进而对部分企业员工的能力、素质以及职业生涯规划进行调研分析,并对这些员工的年龄、岗位、能力以及素质与职业生涯规划相匹配问题作了深入的探讨。员工应对个人品牌需求作出一个准确的判断,并且在个人品牌生命周期上寻找到自己的定位,根据公司为自己提供的职业生涯规划机会,更加有效地规划未来发展方向。
We take a review of personal brand management and the literature of employees' occupation career planning, investigate and analyze the ability, quality and occupation career planning of some employees, and carry out deep exploration of the matching questions that relate to the ability, quality and occupation career planning of these employees. Employees should make a concrete judge of personal brand need, seek own orientation in the life cycle of personal brand, and make more effective planning for the future direction of development according to the occupation career planning opportunity that enterprises provide.
