摘要
3Cr2W8V钢穿孔顶头通过采取相应的热处理工艺,即改变其实际晶粒度、控制Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类碳化物存在的形式和残余奥氏体量等,可以明显提高其抗热性能,使用寿命大为提高。
3Cr2W8V steel piercing plug can be greatly improved with higher heat resistance and longer service life, with the application of the heat-treatment process which is to change its actural grain sizes and to control its exist shape of carbide type Ⅰ and Ⅱ and its residual austenite.
