摘要 目的探讨低磁场MRI在颅内海绵状血管瘤(CA)诊断的图像特点及其应用价值。方法分析28例CA患者的MRI扫描资料,了解其影像学特点,提高MRI对CA诊断的准确性。结果 28例均为单发病灶,病灶部位主要位于幕上、幕下;MRI检查有19例T2WI表现为"桑葚状"混杂高信号,15例周围有云絮状低信号环,13例病灶内部有"爆米花"样低信号,所有病例"铁环征"显示清晰,增强扫描有少数病灶有轻度强化;MRI检出脑外病灶2例,分别位于鞍旁及颅窝,T1表现椭梭状或哑铃状长信号,明显长T2信号,增强扫描病灶均有均匀强化。结论 CA的低磁场MRI图像表现有一定的特异性,可借助T1W1及T2W1信号明确诊断。 Objective To analyze the value of low-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma (CA) and its image characteristics. Methods The MRI scan data of 28 patients with CA was collected. The imaging features were analyzed to improve the diagnostic accuracy of MRI for CA. Results The 28 cas- es were all single lesions, which mainly located supratentorial, infratentorial. MRI showed 19 cases of T:WI perfor- mance "mulberry-like" mixed signal, 15 cases of peripheral the cottony clouds low signal ring, 13 cases of "pop- corn-like" low signal. All cases showed clear "hoop" sign, and a few cases had mild enhancement by enhanced scan. Two cases of brain lesions were located in the saddle pamneoplastic fossa. T~ performance showed ellipsoid fusiform or dumbbell-shaped long signal, significantly long Tz signal, and enhanced scan lesions were homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion Low-field MRI of CA shows certain specific performance. TW1 and T:W1 signal can be used to confirm the diagnosis.
