摘要
2013年4月20日四川省芦山县发生7级强烈地震,震源深度为13公里,在此地震中大量农村居民房屋严重破坏甚至倒塌。据统计,目前6.5亿中国人口居住在地震动峰值加速度大于0.05g(相当于基本烈度Ⅵ度)的地震危险区,而农村整体防震减灾意识淡薄,国家又未将农村地区建房纳入规范管理。本文重点对三种常见农居房屋的震害特征进行了归纳总结,并对造成这些震害的原因进行了深入的分析。在此基础上,对农居房屋的抗震设计及施工提出了一些建议,这些建议可以为灾区及其他抗震设防地区的农居建设及政府部门的决策提供帮助。
Lushan 7.0 earthquake occurred on April 20, 2013, and the focal depth is 13 kin. A large number of rural buildings were severely damaged or collapsed in this earthquake. According to the statistics, 650 million Chinese people live in seismic zone, in which the peak ground acceleration is greater than 0.05g （ equivalent to the seismic intensity VI） , while the rural people＇ s overall awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation is poor, and the construction of rural buildings is not included in the standard management of the state. The damage characteris- tics of three common housing structures in rural areas are summarized in this paper, and the reasons which cause these phenomena are also discussed. Furthermore, some suggestions on seismic design and construction for rural residential building are made, which are helpful to the construction of buildings in seismic areas, and also to the decision-making of the government.
