钢管铅芯阻尼器性能分析研究 被引量:20

摘要 钢管铅芯阻尼器具有耗能性能优良、工作性能稳定、工作机理明确、构造简单合理,且布置安装方便和造价便宜的特点。本文介绍该阻尼器的构造形式、工作机理、布置形式及特点,建立有限元模型分析不同的构造参数对该阻尼器性能的影响,提出钢管铅芯阻尼器的设计建议。研究结果表明:随高宽比增大,屈服力、屈服刚度和屈服后刚度减小,屈服位移和延性增大;随厚径比增大,屈服力、屈服刚度和屈服后刚度增大,延性减小,屈服位移变化不明显;随加强厚度比增大,屈服后刚度增大,延性减小,其它性能参数变化不明显;加强长度比和挤压率的变化对钢管铅芯阻尼器各性能参数影响一般。根据各参数对钢管铅阻尼器力学性能的影响规律,给出该阻尼器各设计参数的优化取值范围。 Lead-filled steel tube damper(LFST-D) has various advantages, such as simple and reasonable construc- tion, clear working mechanism, remarkable energy-dissipation capacity, stable working performance, not complicat- ed machining and fixing and inexpensive construction cost. This paper comprehensively introduces construction, working mechanism, layout forms and characteristics of LFST-D, builds finite element model of LFST-D, and studies the influences of various construction parameters on performance indicators. The results indicate that height-width ratio, thickness-diameter ratio and strengthen-thickness ratio have great influences on performance indicators of LFST-D. The strengthen-length ratio and extrusion ratio have general influences on performance indicators of LFST- D. The optimized constructing design parameters of LFST-D are proposed on the basis of design parameters analy- sis.
