骨髓间充质细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨髓间充质细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)是指骨髓基质系统中含有的一类多能干细胞,它不表达造血干细胞的相关标志,在不同的诱导条件下,具有向中胚层和神经外胚层组织细胞分化的能力。BMSCs来源广泛,可以分化为更多种类的组织细胞,分离培养较为容易,植入反应较弱,易于被外源基因转染且稳定表达。本文就BMSCs的研究进展作简要综述。
