酒石酸掩蔽钨快速测定含钨锡料中锡的方法探索 被引量:2

摘要 碘酸钾容量法测定含钨锡料中的锡时,试样中的钨对锡的测定有严重的干扰,传统的分析方法是分离钨或者沉淀锡来排除干扰。采用过氧化钠熔融法分解试样,用酒石酸掩蔽试样中的钨,然后采用还原铁粉排除铜、砷、锑等杂质的干扰,继而在盐酸介质中用铝片还原四价锡为二价锡,以淀粉为指示剂,最后用碘酸钾标准溶液滴定二价锡,此方法可大幅降低测试成本,缩短分析时间,而且分析结果准确稳定,对实际分析工作有一定的指导作用。 The tungsten in tungsten-tin-containing material would bring serious interference in the determination of tin with the aluminum reduction-potassium iodate volumetric method. In order to eliminate the interference of tungsten, separating tungsten or precipitating tin were widespread adopted in the traditional analysis methods. In this paper, specimen is decoposited by sodium peroxide fusion method, tartaric acid is used to shelter tungsten in specimen, and iron powder is adopted to eliminate the interference from copper, arsenic and antimony in specimen. In hydrochloric acid medium, the tetravalent tin is transformed into divalent tin by the reduction of aluminum. The testing costs and a- nalysis time are reduced significantly, at the same time, the results of the analysis are accurate and stable,which has the instruction function to the actual analysis work.
