Reflection on the Status of the Property Income of Shaoguan Urban Residents

党的十七大报告首次提出"创造条件让更多群众拥有财产性收入",这一提法充分肯定了财产性收入的重要地位,是中国特色社会主义的新发展。现阶段,基于改善我国居民收入现状的现实要求,增加群众财产性收入要以科学发展观为思想指导,坚持以人为本、和谐发展的理念,深入分析研究财产性收入的相关问题具有重要价值。

Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress proposed ＇to create conditions to allow more people to own property income＇. This formulation fully affirms the importance of property income. It is the new development of socialism with Chinese Characteristics. At present, based on the realistic requirements to improve the income situation of resident in China, increasing property income should regard Scientific Outlook on Development as guidance, adhering to people-oriented principle and harmonious development idea. It is of great value for in- depth analysis of issues related to the study of property income.
