城镇化地区差异影响因素的实证研究

Applied Study on the Influential Factors for Regional Urbanization Disparities in China

利用2005-2011年间30个省份的面板数据对城镇化地区差异的影响因素进行研究,发现产业结构、经济实力、基本公共服务财政支出水平、城镇建设水平以及城乡收入差距等方面的差异,导致了城镇化的地区差异。其中,产业结构因素对城镇化地区差异的解释力最强,是导致差异产生的最主要原因。因此,推进新型城镇化,产业结构优化升级尤为重要。

According to the 30 provincial level panel data in 2005-2011, the influential factors for regional urbanization disparities were identified, it was discovered that differences in the industrial structure, economical power, the fiscal expenditure level for basic public service, the infrastructure of city and town, the income gap b etween city and county, all together form the constituent elements of regional urbanization disparities. Among them, the industrial structure factor is the most interpretive one. Therefore, to promote the late-model urbanization, optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure is particularly significant.
