摘要
提出了一种基于霍尔传感器的随动检测系统的设计。着重阐述了霍尔传感器的工作原理和随动检测系统的结构、数学建模及其分析,比对系统的静态、动态测试数据与参考信号,表明该系统可以克服霍尔传感器的检测范围小、磁场强度要求均匀、线性度差等缺点,完全满足于对微小位移变化的高精度测量。
Proposing a design of hall sensor follow - up detection system based on feedback closed loop structure. Elaborate emphatically about the structure of follow - up detection system, the mathematical model and analysis and the design of the closed loop structure. The comparison of the static and dynamic test data of the system with the reference signal shows that this system can eliminate the shortcoming of hall sensor detection range narrow ; magnetic field strength needs equally; bad linearity and so on, completely satisfied with the high precision measurement of tiny displacement change.
