陕西农村义务教育阶段体育师资培训模式探析

Study on Training Pattern of Physical Education Teachers during the Rural Compulsory Education Stage in Shaanxi Province

通过对陕西义务教育阶段农村中小学体育师资及其培训现状的分析研究,指出当前农村中小学体育教师的培训需求,针对当前师资培训的不足,从师资培训团队、课程结构,视频教材,组织形式,教学模式等方面展开探索与分析,构建适宜当前农村中小学体育师资现状培训的新模式。

The current teachers status and training status of rural primary and secondary physical education teachers during the compulsory education stage in Shaanxi Province are studied and analyzed. The current training needs of rural primary and secondary are pointed out. For the current lack of teacher training, the exploration and analysis are carried out from the teacher training team, the course structure, the video materials, the forms of organization, the teaching mode and so on. Try to build the new training pattern adapting the current status of primary and secondary physical education teachers.
