摘要
特岗教师是农村教师队伍的新生力量,在促进我国基础教育均衡发展、高质量发展中起着重要作用。河南省"特岗计划"是在国家支持和地方需要的背景下开展的,计划实施五年来,呈现出诸多发展特色,取得了明显的成绩,但也存在着一些问题。因此,应立足现实,理性分析发展中的成绩与不足,不断优化管理,完善制度建设,关注教师发展,共建和谐氛围,以促进农村特岗教师队伍优质发展。
