超声Micropure技术检测乳腺肿块微钙化的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨超声Micropure技术检测乳腺肿块中微钙化的临床应用价值。方法:对某医院87例乳腺超声检查发现的乳腺肿块,与术后病理结果对比,比较Micropure技术与常规超声在检测乳腺良、恶性肿块微钙化方面的差异。结果:87例乳腺病灶中,常规超声检查37例显示微钙化(占42.52%),使用Micropure技术53例显示微钙化(占60.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性组21例检出5例微钙化(23.81%),恶性组66例检出48例微钙化(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在5例检出微钙化的良性肿块中,3例呈散在分布,2例为少发钙化。而在48例检出微钙化的恶性肿块中,30例呈簇状分布(占62.50%),16例呈散在分布(占33.33%),2例为少发钙化(占4.17%)。结论:Micropure技术比常规超声显示乳腺肿块微钙化的能力更强,对微钙化的有无及分布特征可能有助于判断病变性质。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical vahle of mieropure technology with ultrasonography in detecting mi- cro-calcification of breas! masses. Methods:87 breast masses were examined with high-frequency ultrasound and Mi- cropure technology,compared the ability in the deteelion micro calcification in breast benign, malignant tumors be- tween the two melhods.Results:53 micro-calcification were delected by MicroPure imaging technology in patients with malignant tumor of breast,hile 37 mi'r-caleification were detected by high frequency ultrasound in 87 breast masses, lhere was significant differences (P〈O.05). 5 micro-calcification cases were detected in 21 benign breast masses (23.8 1%), and 48 mif,ro-ealeificalim cases were detected in 66 malignant masses( 72.73% ), with significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). In 5 eases of benign micro-calcifications detected, 3 cases were scat- tered, 2 cases were less calcification. While in 48 'ases detected miero-calcification in malignant masses, 30 cases of micm-ealcificatim clusters (62.50%), 16 eases were scattered in the distribution (33.33%), 2 cages were less calcifi- cation (4.17% ).Conch,sicns:The ability of ultrasonic Micmpure technology showing breast microcalcification was stronger than emventional uhrasou,Ht. With or withou! micro-calcifieation, and the distribution characteristics of mi- cro-calcification in breast masses, may help 1o differentiate the nature of the lesions.
