镍钛机用系统在根管预备中的应用(综述)

The Application of Nickel-titanium Rotary Instruments in Root Canal Preparation

根管预备是根管治疗的关键步骤。机用镍钛系统具有切削效率较高、减少根尖偏移、形成锥形根管不易将根管预备碎屑推出根尖孔等优点。本文就目前常用的镍钛机用系统的性能作一综述。

Root canal preparation is the critical step in root canal treatment （RCT）.Nickel-titanium rotary instruments have higher cutting capacity. The files in nickel-titanium rotary instruments can work along the original direction of the canal.Using nickel-titanium rotary instruments can make the canal into cone shape. The cone shape makes the scrap robust for being pushed out of the apical part. Therefore, in this paper, the functions of currently used nickel-titanium rotary instruments are reviewed.
