脑膜瘤的磁共振诊断

MR imaging diagnosis of meningiomas

目的:探讨脑膜瘤的磁共振表现及其诊断。方法:回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤MRI影像资料,记录病灶的位置、数目及信号特点、强化特征等。结果:脑膜瘤边界清晰,多为类圆形,在T2WI上呈稍高信号,T1WI上呈等或稍低信号,占位效应明显,增强后强化均匀。结论:磁共振对脑膜瘤具有良好的诊断价值。

Objective：This paper aims to study the MRI features and diagnosis of meningiomas.Methods：A retm-- speetive analysis on the pathologically confirmed brain meningiomas MRI image data of 20 patients was made to record the position, number, signal characteristics and enhancement features of lesions.Results：The meningiomas borders are clearly, and most of tumors are round-like, their signals on T2WI are slightly longer, those on T,WI are equisignal or longer, mass effects are significant, the enhanced scan showed even enhancement.Conclusion：MRI has good diagnostic value of meningiomas.
