摘要 目的:探讨脑膜瘤的磁共振表现及其诊断。方法:回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤MRI影像资料,记录病灶的位置、数目及信号特点、强化特征等。结果:脑膜瘤边界清晰,多为类圆形,在T2WI上呈稍高信号,T1WI上呈等或稍低信号,占位效应明显,增强后强化均匀。结论:磁共振对脑膜瘤具有良好的诊断价值。 Objective:This paper aims to study the MRI features and diagnosis of meningiomas.Methods:A retm-- speetive analysis on the pathologically confirmed brain meningiomas MRI image data of 20 patients was made to record the position, number, signal characteristics and enhancement features of lesions.Results:The meningiomas borders are clearly, and most of tumors are round-like, their signals on T2WI are slightly longer, those on T,WI are equisignal or longer, mass effects are significant, the enhanced scan showed even enhancement.Conclusion:MRI has good diagnostic value of meningiomas.
