Nursing of Coelom Continued Circulatory Hyperthermia Perfusion in tumor ascites patients

目的:探讨体外循环恒温热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水的的护理方法。方法:总结42例恶性腹水患者实施体腔恒温循环热灌注化疗(CCCHP)的护理经验。结果:通过运用相关护理理论知识及完善的护理措施,使42例患者顺利完成CCCHP,临床效果满意,无并发症发生。结论:掌握CCCHP的相关知识,灌注全程施以周密护理及有效的心理干预,对患者能否完成CCCHP至关重要。

Objective：to discuss the nursing methods of Coelom Continued Circulatory Hyperthermia Perfusion （CCCHP）.Methods：Collect data of nursing 42 patients with tumor ascites and treating with CCCHP.Results：all 42 patients successfully finished CCCHP, using the theory and practical experience of our nursing knowledge with no complications.Conclusions： In order to manage the CCCHP successfully and safely, it is very important to be educated to master the necessary skill and knowledge in this field.
