优质护理在单纯房室间隔缺损治疗路径中的应用

Clinical pathway of single diseases combined with high quality nursing care in pure application of ventricular septal defect repair

目的:在落实卫生部有关"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的基础上,通过单病种临床路径规范医护人员行为,观察两者相结合的新护理模式在单纯房室间隔缺损修补术的应用。方法:依据卫生部制定的房室间隔缺损临床路径表,结合科室手术治疗的特点,制订符合科室实际情况的临床路径,结合优质护理服务的开展与实施,选择路径与优质护理开展前的单纯房室间隔缺损患者40例作为传统组,随机抽取实施路径和优质护理后的同类患者40例作为对照组。结果:比较两组平均住院日、用药知识掌握率、平均住院费用、患者满意度均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理和临床路径的结合,不但优化护理的流程,减低医疗成本,提升了护理的品质,而且丰富了护理服务的内涵,可在临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the application of new model of care on the basis of the ministry of HeaLth of the ＂quality care demonstration project＂ to single disease clinical pathway regulating the behavior of medical personnel in simple atrial septal defect repair.Methods：40 patients of the simple atrial septal defect which were prior to the com- mencement was selected for traditional group,40 patients with the same disease which accept the teaching as control group.Results：Compared two groups, the average length of stay, medication knowledge mastered rate, pipeline in- dwelling time, the average costof hospitalization, patient satisfaction were significantly different （P〈O.OS）.G.anclusion： The combination of clinical pathway and high quality nursing can optimize the process of care, reduce medical costs, improv the nursing quality, enrich the connotation of nursing care, which can be popularized in clinical application.
