目的:提高新生儿听力筛查的准确率,以降低假阳性率。方法:通过对3105例新生儿听力筛查的程序、听力筛查仪的选择、测试环境的选择、婴儿测试状态、婴儿测试的位置与卫生问题的护理体会。结论:提高了筛查的准确率,减少产妇和家长不必要的担心和紧张,以达到减少儿童听力障碍发生率和保障儿童身体健康的目的。

Objective：to improve the accuracy rate of screening.Method：Paying attention to the procedures,the choice of newborn hearing screening instruments,the choice of test environment,the condition and the position of baby when being tested,as well as the expenrience of health care. Conclusion：h is essential to improve the accuracy rate of screening,meawhile,to reduce the unnecessary worries and stress of puerpera and family.
