因人而异的带教方法在手术室护生实习中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨手术室护生实习带教方法的改进问题。方法:将2010级护生60名作为对照组,用传统的带教方法指导临床实习。将2011级、2012级50名护生作为观察组,在临床带教过程中采用总带教老师专人负责、因人而异的教学方法。比较两组实习生的出科考核成绩。结果:观察组临床护理操作能力、信息获取及接受能力的考核成绩显著优于对照组,而专科理论知识考核成绩两组无显著差异。结论:在手术室护生的实习中,由专人带教、因人而异的教学方法更能使护生快速接受专科知识,提高专科护理操作技术。 Objective :To explore how to improve teaching methods on nursing students' practice in operation room. Methods:Set 60 nursing students of Grade 2010 as control group, using traditional teaching method to guide clinical practice. Set 50 students of Grade 2011 and 2012 as the observation group, with leading teacher responsible for guiding them by applying different methods. The examination results of the two groups will be compared. Results : The clinical nursing skills and the ability to acquire information of the observation group is superior to that of control group, while the result of theory examination appears no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:As far as the practice of nursing students in operation room is concerned, the teaching method which takes specialized guide and individual difference into account can make students readily accept specialized knowledge and improve their nursing operation technique.
