摘要 本文建立了烧结用不同粒级焦粉混合燃烧的动力学方程,并进行了相应的动力学实验分析。在攀钢原料条件下,建立了各粒级焦粉、料层温度和废气成分等目标函数间的数学模型,找出了钒钛磁铁精矿烧结时焦粉的适宜粒度组成。实验证明,使用适宜粒度组成的焦粉,可明显改善攀钢烧结的技术经济指标。 A kinetic equation for combustion of coke fines composed of different grain sizes in sintering is established and an analysis for kinetics was carried out in this paper. Based on Pan-.zhihua Iron and Steel Company's(PISC) raw material conditions, mathematical expressions between sizes of coke fines and objective functions such as bed temperature and exhaustgas composition were worked out. The suitable grain size proportion of coke fines for sintering of vanadium bearing titanomagnetite concentrate obtained. The sinter pot test proves that economic and technical indexes of the sintering process with suitable mixture of coke fires size can be obviously improved.
