摘要
黑岱沟露天煤矿采用综合开采工艺,在煤层顶板上部岩石(40 m)采用拉斗铲倒堆开采工艺,煤层采用单斗—卡车—半固定破碎站—带式输送半连续开采工艺,上部拉斗铲倒堆开采工艺对下部运煤通道布置相互制约。根据黑岱沟露天煤矿的具体条件,提出了8种可行的运煤通道设置方式,分别对其进行了优缺点分析,给出了黑岱沟露天煤矿中部沟运煤方案、端帮单沟运煤方案、端帮双沟运煤方案,并对其优选。
Heidaigou open pit adopted combined mining technology, dragline excavator casting mining technology using in the upper part of the seam roof rock(40m), seam adopted a single bucket-truck-semi-fixed crushing plant-belt conveyor semi-continuous mining technology, the upper part and the lower part was mutual restriction. According to the specific conditions of the open-pit coal proposed eight viable coal channel set with respect to their advantages and disadvantages, proposed open-pit coal central ditch coal program, the end slope single ditch coal program and end slope double ditch coal program and its preferred.
