提高破岩效率的零电位钻进方法及其研究进展

ADVANCE IN STUDY OF ZSC-CONTROLLED DRILLING FOR ENHANCED FRAGMENTATION EFFICIENCY

摘要 综述了近年来国内外通过零电位钻进方法提高机械钻速与钻头寿命的发展状况。通过在钻井液中加入无机盐、表面活性剂和非离子聚合物控制岩石表面电荷为零,即控制岩石表面的电位为零时进行钻进,能够降低岩石强度,提高破岩效率,降低钻井成本。 Development of ZSC-Controlled drilling for enhancing penetration rate and bit life at home and abroad was summarized.The surface charge of rock is controlled to zero by adding inorganic salt,surfactants or nonionic polymers to drilling fluids,i.e.drilling is conducted under the condition of zero zeta potential of rock surface,resulting in reduction in hardness of rock,enhancing rock fragmentation and lowering drilling cost.
