水平井泥浆对防砂筛管堵塞的试验研究

摘要 为了防止地层出砂,海上弱胶结地层裸眼水平井多采用下防砂筛管完井方式,在此过程中,泥浆对防砂筛管可能造成的堵塞损害(如果油气井没有进行返排、酸洗等措施)会降低水平井的产能。试验研究了泥浆堵塞防砂筛管的主要因素,测定了堵塞后防砂管的渗透率,并通过试验测定的数据结合理论推导,确定了防砂管上附加压力的计算方法,最后得到了泥浆堵塞防砂管后水平井的产能。由此,可以根据地层砂与泥浆参数确定合理的防砂网孔孔径,并通过与理想产能的比较评估下入防砂管前返排泥浆的必要性。 In order to prevent the formation sand production,weakly consolidated sand formation open hole horizontal wells often adopt sand control screen completion,in this process,the mud may plug the sand control screen(if oil and gas wells not for the flowback,acid pickling or other measures),this will reduce the level of production wells.In order to evaluate the loss of production capacity by mud,through theoretical and experimental methods,the main factors of mud that plugs the sand control screen are studied,and the additional pressure on the sand control screen is calculated.At last,we put forward a method of calculating the productivity levels of wells plugged by mud.Accordingly,a reasonable sand control mesh aperture can be determined,and assessment of the need of flowback mud before tripping in screen.
