摘要
塔河油田受超稠、高粘度以及原油乳化等因素影响,导致原油输油过程中回压升高,影响原油输送,因此需要采取掺稀油或加热等高能耗的流动性改善手段才能保障连续稳定生产。从原油乳化、输液量以及环境温度等方面对回压上升原因进行分析探讨,根据不同生产情况提出低粘液环输送、加水溶性乳化降粘剂以及二次加热等方法来降低井口回压,确保生产时效。
Tahe oilfield is affected by the factors such as the ultra thick high viscosity and crude oil emulsification,Resulting in higher back pressure in the process of crude oil,so as to affect the transport of crude oil,So you need to take ways as mixing thin oil or liquidity of heating,which are high energy consumption means to guarantee continuous stable production.This article from the aspects of the crude oil emulsion infusion quantity of back pressure and environment temperature,the analysis is carried out.Low mucus ring transportation are proposed according to different production conditions and water-soluble emulsifying viscosity agent and secondary heating and other methods to reduce the wellhead back pressure,Ensure the production limitation.
