摘要
控压钻井(以下简称MPD)技术是一种用于精确控制整个井筒环空压力剖面的钻井程序。控压钻井的实现是依靠环空水力学模型根据环控井底压力计算井口目标套压,通过控制节流阀的开度的方式来达到控制井底压力的目的。本文从压力控制模型的推导,控制系统的设计,软件开发及硬件配套等方面阐述了实现控压钻井自动节流控制的方法。
The MPD technology(MPD)is a kind of drilling procedure used for accurately controlling the annular pressure profile of the whole wellbore.The implementation of MPD is to control the bottom pressure by controlling the opening of the choke valve by depending on calculating the target casing pressure using the annular bottom pressure according to the model of annular hydraulics This paper discusses the method of automatically controlling throttle for MPD by the derivation of the model of the pressure controlling,the designing of the controlling system,the development of the software and the matching hardware.
