摘要
本文介绍了提高镇静钢成坯率的新途径——“SJB”(宽向缩小绝热板保温帽)法的理论依据和设计方法。通过结晶模拟实验证实了采用此法可在保证钢坯质量的条件下,大幅度提高钢锭成材率(扁锭3~5%、方锭2~3%)。通过铅锭模拟实验,掌握了新锭型的变形特点和最佳锭型尺寸。该方法目前已在我国太钢、长城钢厂和大连钢厂等许多企业实施,效果显著。
This paper describes the theory and design principles of the 'SJB' process. It is verified, through initiating crystallization experiments, that with this new process the produotion yield of ingot cogging can be greatly increased (3-5% for rectangular ingots, 2-3% for square ingots) under the condition that the bloom quality is ensured. By means of imitative rolling of lead ingots, the deformation characteristics of the new ingots have been determined and the 'optimal dimensions of the ingot design have been obtained. At the moment, this method has been adopted in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Dalian Steel works and Changcheng Special Steel Co. etc., The economic benefits are quite satisfactory.
