摘要
本文总结了我国高炉寿命方面存在的问题并分析了产生这些问题的主要原因。根据我国高炉生产实践,文中对延长高炉寿命最重要的几个问题进行探讨,提出了延长高炉寿命的措施:(1)提高高炉冷却强度;(2)改进耐火材料质量;(3)高炉操作炉型的合理化;(4)改进操作;(5)开发高炉喷补技术。
The campaign life problem confronted with intensified blast furnace and their main causes are analysed in this paper. According to blast furnace production practice in China the major factors influencing blast furnace campaign are discussed. Means for prolonging the campaign are proposed: (1) Increase the cooling intensity of blast furnace; (2) Improve quality of refractories; (3) Rationalize the opearative profile of blast furnace; (4) Improve blast furnace operations; (5) Develop injection technique for rapairing.
