摘要
氧煤燃烧器的研究与开发,对高炉超高量喷吹粉煤(200kg/t以上),最终实现全氧高炉作业具有十分重要的意义。多年来,本文作者在粉煤吹入直吹管后,其燃烧与气化机理;鼓风含氧量与粉煤燃烧率的关系;粉煤喷吹气固两相流特性模拟;氧煤燃烧器结构及其冷、热态实验等方面,进行了广泛研究。所得结果,本文作了详尽地介绍和论述。高炉用氧煤燃烧器的型式可以是多样的,但结构上必须有利于点火,混合、燃烧完全,同时安装方便和运行安全。
The development of oxy-coal burner has important significance for BF operation with super high coal rate (>200kg/THM) and for realization of full oxygen BF in the future.The authors review the work done for developing this technology in the past 10 years. They are the mechanism of coal gasification and combustion in blew pipes, the relationship between oxygen enrichment and gasification rate of coal, simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow, test of oxy-coal burner in both cold and hot state.The type of oxy-coal burner can be various. However, it should be easy to ignite, mix, give complete combustion and assemble conveniently and operate safely.
