摘要 一、简介 分子靶向治疗的快速发展，对于非小细胞肺癌（non．small．celllungcancer，NSCLC）的治疗具有革命性意义。近几年来，关于NSCIA2先天及后天致瘤因素的研究发展迅速，针对基因突变（先天致瘤因素）的单克隆抗体及小分子抑制剂则为临床提供了化疗之外的另一种重要治疗手段。近年来，
