人类系统性红斑狼疮的遗传学研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemiclupuserythematous,SLE)是一种全身性自身免疫性疾病,其特征在于自身抗体的产生,异常的免疫系统功能和一些器官的损伤。SLE一般多发于女性,患病者中女性与男性比例为9:1,发病高峰年龄为20-40岁。SLE的发病率和全球患病率存在明显的差距。在不同的种族和地理人群中,SLE的发病率也是不同的。非洲血统的美国人SLE的发病率是欧洲血统人群的4倍。种族和遗传异质性可能是SLE临床表现复杂的重要原因。近年来随着分子生物学技术的应用,可以准确定位易感基因,为多基因遗传病的研究提供了新的更好的工具。而从遗传结构及遗传与环境交互作用方面来阐述SLE的临床表现及发病机制仍是今后研究的热点。
