摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜下疏通术在诊断和治疗女性不孕症中的护理。方法选择2011年6月至2012年6月就诊于我所的女性不孕症患者132例(观察组)近端不通或通而不畅的患者给予抗炎治疗后进行宫腔镜下输卵管口插管疏通术,对照组选取同期输卵管通液术患者132例。结果观察组治愈58例,对照组治愈8例,有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。经合理的治疗和护理1年后妊娠:观察组58例(44.04%),对照组8例(5.96%),有显著性差异。结论宫腔镜下输卵管口插管疏通术对输卵管近端不通或通而不畅的患者治疗效果理想。
Objective To investigate the dredge hysteroscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility care. Methods June 2011 to June 2012 for treatment of female infertility in my 132 patients （ study group ） proximal obstruction or poor patients given anti-inflammatory treatment after hysteroscopic tubal opening intubation dredge operation, the control group selected tubal surgery period 132 patients. Results 58 cases were cured, cured eight cases the control group, there was statistically significant, （P 〈0.05 ） . After reasonable treatment and care of pregnancy after one year： the observation group 58 cases （44.04%） in the control group 8 cases （ 5.96% ） , a significant difference. Conclusion Hysteroscopic tubal surgery for oral intubation clear proximal tubal obstruction or poor patient outcomes satisfactory.
