有机表面活性剂自由度对水泥助磨剂助磨作用影响的研究

摘要 通过实验室小磨试验和工业化大磨实际生产应用,研究相同有机助磨剂掺量、不同助磨剂浓度对水泥粉磨性能的影响。结果表明,小磨试验未表现出明显变化,而在大磨实际生产中表现出显著地差异;在水泥台时产量方面,添加浓度较低助磨剂(0.1%掺量)均高于使用浓度较高助磨剂(0.035%掺量)生产的水泥,平均提产幅度6%以上;比表面积方面,平均高约9.7%;在水泥净浆流动性方面:使用0.1%助磨剂的水泥较使用0.035%助磨剂的水泥提高约18.4%。如生产工艺状况,熟料化学成分,混合材的种类,入机物料粒度、水分、温度、研磨体的级配,选粉机系统等因素,针对不同的问题去分析解决,采取必要改进措施,从而使助磨剂与粉磨系统达到最理想匹配,使效益最大化。 in the paper, we sdudy the same organic grinding aid dosage, different grinding aids concentration on the mill of the practical performance of cement grinding By laboratory grinding test and industrialization large application~ The results show that the small mill test did not show significant changes, but show significant differences in the actual production of the large grinding; Yield of cement per hour, add the concentration of low grinding aids (0.1% ash) were higher than the use of higher concentrations of grinding aids (0.035% ash), to mention the average production rate of 6%; The average specific surface area increased by about 9.7%; The fluidity of cement paste: 0.1 percent of grinding aid, cement compared with 0.035% grinding aids of cement increased by about 18.4%.
