深空探测电子设备低等级DSP升级筛选方法 被引量:2

摘要 由于技术进步的需要,航天器不可避免地会遇到诸如选用不到高等级器件、而只能选用低等级器件的情况:低等级的升级筛选方法是国内外宁航机构研究的热点问题。针对某型号控制与驱动组件所选用的低等级DSP,提出了升级筛选方案,要求、实施原则、方法和步骤及结果。此升级筛选方案对深空探测任务中关键元器件的选型、筛选及后续测试具有指导作用。 The lower grade devices are selected for the space application to meet its technical demand because of the shrinking availability of high reliability devices. The quality assurance of lower grade devices has been the hot issue in the space industry. In this article, the application of upgrade test to DSP (digital signal processor) is presented to illustrate its test require-ments, implementation principles, approach, procedures and results in high reliability avionics. The results have directing effect on components selection, filtration and other test of deep space avionics key components.
