摘要
针对目前开展可靠性验收试验而临的一系列问题,提出基于MTBF保证试验的可靠性验收试验方法。介绍了MTBF保证试验的原理、流程及其数学模型,并在此基础上对生产方的风险和使用方的风险进行分析评估,最后以某导航系统为例,对MTBF保证试验在可靠性验收试验中的应用进行了分析。
To deal with a series of problems in the reliability acceptance test, an acceptance method based on MTBF reliability assurance test is proposed. The principle, process and model of the MTBF reliability assurance test are described. And on the basis, the risks of the manufacturers and the users are evaluated. Finally, application of the MTBF assurance test taking a navigation system as an example, the in the reliability acceptance test are analyzed.
