摘要
从电子装备缺陷分析入手,阐述了环境应力筛选的目的、基本特征和故障处理程序等内容,并提出了不同性质故障所采取的不同分析处理方法,对实际的工程应用有一定的参考价值。
The aim, features and failure treatment process of environmental stress screening （ESS） for electronic equipment are described. Various analysis and treatments for different kinds of failures are presented, which provides a reference for the practical engineering.
