摘要
本文介绍了应用双炼(电弧炉+电渣重溶)和双轧(热轧+冷轧及固溶处理)方法研制Incoloy-800H耐蚀合金管材的过程及成果。热轧时采用负公差轧制和利用终轧高温水淬的方法来实现控制轧制的工艺要求;冷轧时采用高减径率使管材基体形成微细组织结构,提高了管材常温、高温综合性能,并应用电镜、电子衍射和EDAX进行了观察分析。
This artical introduces the development of corrosion-resistant iron-nickl base alloy Inco-loy-800 H pipes for 300000T/Y ammonia synthesis facility by double Defining (electric arc furnace+electro-slag refining) and double-rolling (hot rolling+cold rolling and heat treatment).Hot rolling with minus tolerances control and water quenching at high finishing temperature was carried out to meet the requirments for controlled rolling technology. Electronic microscope, electron-diffraction and EDAX were used for observation. It is found that greater reduction rate in cold rolling results in a fine microstructure and better comprehensive properties of pipes at normal and high temperatures.
