摘要 测试性设计建模是用一种系统工程的方法,将测试性信息的获取、测试性分析与产品设计结合在一起,用获取的测试性信息自动地生成BIT与故障的依存关系及测试策略,极大地提高了测试性设计的规范性和效率。因此测试性设计建模是当前解决复杂电子系统测试性问题比较好的方案。 Design for testability modeling is a method of testability information acquisition, testing analysis and product test information is used to automatically generate the and the test strategy, which can greatly improve testability. Therefore, design for testability modeling depende system engineering, in which the design are integrated. The obtained ncy relationship of BIT and failure the specification and efficiency of design is a good approach to solve the testability problem of complex electronic system.
