摘要
随着IETM的应用的领域越来越广泛,IETM编制单位所编制的IETM的差异化越来越大,有些已经偏离了IETM的方向和范围。对IETM的思想进行了提炼,指出IETM应用过程中常见的误区,提出了改善IETM应用实施效果的建议,为具有一定IETM技术基础的IETM工程实施规划和管理人员开展IETM工作提供参考。
With the more and more extensive applications of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual （IETM）, the IETMs develo deviate from the direction and scope and the common mistakes made d ped by various organizations vary increasingly, and some even of IETM. In this paper, the conception of IETM is outlined, uring the application of IETM are presented. The advices for improving the effectiveness of applying IETM are provided fi^r the management and implementation of IETM.
