介绍了一种RoHS检测用标准样品,该系列标准样品具有目标元素量值范围宽、样品数量多、量值均匀稳定和样品存取方便等特点,提升了RoHS检测的准确度。
One kind of standard samples for RollS analysis was introduced in this paper. This series of standard samples has features such as a wide range of target element＇s property value, large quantities of samples, uniform and stable value and easy accessed samples, which can improve the accuracy of RollS analysis.
