摘要
将数码相机测量亮度与机器视觉技术进行有效的结合,并将其首次运用到LED灯具光衰自动检测中。首先,使用机器视觉技术对LED灯具的图像进行处理,包括阈值分割等预处理方式以及根据计算几何学相关知识,对不同外形的LED灯具进行特征识别和分类;然后,通过对数码相机工作原理和感光特性的研究,在完成对相机的准确标定后,即可实现对LED灯具光亮度的测量。该方法具有很高的创新性,可应用于加速寿命试验箱中LED灯具的光衰自动检测。
The method using digital camera to measure the brightness in combining with the machine vision technology was applied to the automatic detection of LED decay for the first time. First of all, the images of LED lamps are processed using machine vision technology, including threshold segmentation. And LED lamps with different shapes can be classified by com- putational geometry knowledge and feature recognition. Then, after the accurate calibration of the camera, the measurement of LED lamp brightness can be realized. This method is highly innova-tive, and can be applied to automatic detection of LED decay in the accelerated lite test box.
