虽然国内目前尚没有建立召回制度,但要求建立国内召回制度的呼声越来越大。欧美严令不合格产品要退市和进行召回。就欧美市场召回产品的不合格原因进行分析,希望能够为企业和检测机构提出参考和警示,协助企业提高产品质量与安全性。

The voice of recalling the unqualified household and similar electrical appliances is full-mouthed lately, although the institution was not built in China. The institution is consummated in Europe and American： the disqualification should be called back and exit the market. To improve the safety of the household electrical appliances and avoid the expense of recalling, the causations for recalling the appliances were analyzed in this paper, and the advices for the manufactories to improve their productions were presented.
