摘要 环境试验设备在进行降温试验和湿度试验时,由于不同温度点和湿度点对冷量以及PID控制速度的不同而需要制冷系统或控制系统作出相应的变化来适应。传统的制冷系统需要进行多个回路的切换以及高温机和低温机的切换来满足试验的要求,而单一的PID又难以满足各种湿度试验的需求。因此,引入电子膨胀阀和压力传感器以及多组PID的多元化控制方法,以适应不同温度点和湿度点对冷量以及PID控制速度的不同需求,提升环境试验设备进行温度、湿度试验的能力。 During the temperature and humidity testing, the refrigeration system or control system of the environmental testing equipment are required to change due to the different cooling capacity and PID control speed at different temperature and humidity points. For the traditional refrigeration systems, multiple loop switching and temperature-low temperature machine switching are needed to meet the test requirements; the single PID can't meet the needs of various humidity test. Therefore, an electronic expansion valve and a pressure sensor and multiple groups of P1D control method are introduced to meet the different requirements for cooling capacities and PID control speeds at different temperature and humidity points to improve the testing capabilities of the equipment.
