5CrNiMnMoVSCa钢的铸态硫化物中有一种形貌类似于Ⅲ类,但组成类似于Ⅰ类的块状复相硫化物。电子探针及能谱分析证实,这种硫化物的内部是CaO·6Al_2O_3,外围为(Mn,Ca)S固溶体。用QTM-970图像分仪测定了其长/宽,长度,面积分数等。同时探讨了其形成机制。
There is a complex massive sulfide in casting 5CrNiMnMoVSCa steel. Its composition is similar to type I but morphology similar to type III. The nucleus is CaO. 6A1_2O_3, the shell is solid solution (Mn·Ca)S. Its size, (length/width) and area fraction were measured by means of QTM-970 image analyzer. Meanwhile, the formation mechanism was investigated.
