多西他赛治疗女性乳腺癌患者心率变异性的临床特点

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN FEMALE PATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER TREATED BY DOCETAXEL

目的观察多西他赛治疗女性乳腺癌患者心率变异性的特点,并探讨其临床意义。方法观察组采用多西他赛治疗的乳腺癌患者56例,对照组正常人56例,二组入选者均为女性。使用Century times MIC-12H Holter system HRV时域分析指标PNN50(相邻R-R间期差值>50ms的百分数)、SDNN(全部正常窦性R-R间期标准差)、rMSSD(全部相邻R-R间期差值的均方根)、SDANN(计算24h连续5min一段的正常R-R间期标准差的平均数)、SDSD(相邻R-R间期差值的标准差)进行对比研究。结果HRV时域分析指标观察组与对照组分别为PNN50(12.07±8.31)、(19.21±10.09)%,SDNN(60.02±9.87)、(147.98±26.7)ms,SDANN(61.26±4.94)、(145.98±12.31)ms,SDSD(50.49±13.79)、(119.33±24.65)ms,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;rMSSD观察组与对照组分别为(74.23±29.25)、(112.61±24.06)ms,二组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论多西他赛治疗女性乳腺癌患者易出现交感神经和迷走神经的相互作用失调。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of heart rate variability and its clinical significance about docetaxel in the treatment of female patients with breast cancer. Methods Fifty six female patients with breast cancer received docetaxel in the observation group, another 56 nornal people were selected as the control group. Century times MIC- 12H Holter system was used to study HRV time domain analysis index PNN50, SDNN, rMSSD, SDANN, SDSD for two groups. Results There were significant differences in HRV time domain analysis index between the observation group and the control group. The contrast of indexes were PNN 5012. 07 ±8. 31 vs. 19.21±10.09, SDNN 60.02±9.87 vs. 147.98±26.7, SDANN 61.26 ±4.94 vs. 145.98 ±12.31, SDSD 50.49 ±13.79 vs. 119.33 ±24.65, and they were lower more significantly in the observation group. There was no significant difference in rMSSD between two groups, the value was 74. 23 ±29.25 vs. 112.61 ±24.06. Conclusion The docetaxel can disord with the autonomic nervous system functions in the treatment of female patients with breast cancer.
